Are your meat products are Halal Cuts?
Yes! All of our meat products are 100% halal and are prepared in the proper halal methodology. The primary benefit with the halal methodology is the blood is completely let out from the meat which makes the meat stay longer and healthier.
How are the fruits and vegetable-packed? How do you maintain quality?
Fresh fruits and vegetables are handpicked and hand cleaned. We ensure hygienic good practices in packaging the products and do careful measures to maintain its good quality.
How are fruit and vegetables weighed?
Every fruit and vegetable varies in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price, for every item priced by kiloGrams/ Grams. At the time of delivery, we weigh each item to determine the final price. This could vary slightly than what has been ordered. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly lesser.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the British Pound sterling (GBP / symbol: £) for charging our customers. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD, or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to the Liverpool (United Kingdom) locations. Please check the list of "available ZIP /Postcode locations" to see the current deliverable areas. More location will be added soon. Please use our “Delivery Location Checker” to find the availability of the products in your location for shipping to other locations, please reach out to our support through help desk.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Usually we follow “Order today and delivery next day!” for all orders. Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 1 to 12 hours to process it for delivery based on the availability and type of products.
Currently, we do have our own logistics and delivery workforce. Our team has a fair amount of control over our delivery schedules.
Standard shipping time in Liverpool will take upto 2 working days, however we do our best to ensure the next day delivery for most orders.

How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
What if I'm not home?
Our delivery partner will reach out to you to schedule a delivery date and time. If you are not at home, we would kindly advise you to arrange the nearest delivery location convenient to us. If you fail to collect the order, it will be returned to the storage facility and your order may be considered as completed.
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?
There is no tax added at present, but you may have to pay the delivery chargers for orders below the minimum value to avail the “FREE DELIVERY”. In some cases, you may also be charged an additional fee for using the online payment option. Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes from time to time. Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order. Do you accept returns? Is there a warranty?
At present, we do not accept returns / exchanges of the products due to the current pandemic situation. Any items sold through our online store to be free of defects. Warranty for the selected products are provided by the manufacturer. In some cases we would accept the returns when you maditorarly meets with the the following conditions:

- The Item received to you is not as per your order
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return request is made before the expiry date of the product

Are returns free? How long does it take to process a return?
Currently do not accept returns of the products at any condition due to the current pandemic situation. Usually the delivery charges are applicable for products returns.
